 Post subject: Can't use Magnet Links

Hi there, when ever I try to download a torrent using a magnet link I my broswe loads a page that says 'The Webpage Cannot be displayed'.

However I noticed down in the status bar (using IE9) that there is a message saying 'Waiting for response from ieframe.dll...'

Anyone know a fix for this or what ieframe.dll is?
