I'm going to be switching to Server 2008 R2 RC soon, I just wanted to know if anyone had any major issues with it that I should know about, and also will all the tools and fixes from R1 work on R2 as well to convert it to a desktop OS?

The reason I'm switching is because I can't get Service Pack 2 to install successfully on my R1 version :/

edit: nevermind scatch this this thread, it appears a few more windows updates came out and somehow service pack 2 installed fine.

I got all features (Sidebar, Game Controllers control panel, GameUX, Aero mouse pointers - from Win 7) which I want working, except Windows Games Explorer which i really like.
So, this is the only reason, why I'm still on r1...
