I can't find a printer that supports ePrint and Server 2008R2, even in their OfficeJet line. Anybody else have better luck?

Thanks,
Loki

Hi !

since WS2008-R2 is the server-version of W7 i believe that any printer that works on W7 should work ?

Nope, the installer gives an error for any of the ones I have tried that the OS is not supported. Win7, Vista, and XP are listed as valid.

Hi mate unpack the installer and use drivers only, don't use the complete installer.

Great suggestion! Hadn't even thought to try that! I will give it a try.

you can try:
1. the "Application Verifier-trick":
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2042&p=9337&hilit=Application+Verifier#p9337

2. the reg-hack with "Deny rights on ProductOptions-folder”:
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=965&p=5642&hilit=deny+rights#p5642

you might have to use a combination....

I had the same problem with an ASUS-installer, it refused to work on R2.
So i unpacked it and installed everything manually, which was no problems since it´s only the installer that´s "allergic" to R2....
