I read the convert guide right now :

To Eneable UPnP Go to Services Select SSDP Discovery, set to automaically start <Select UPnP Decice Host , set to ,start to automaically.

Where do find this Services

I run Windows Server 2008 standard.

Start -> Run -> services.msc -> OK :)
