Is this the right path, because this one i got from page 59 in the pdf file, if not please post the right path?

This should be:
Code:
"%ProgramFiles%\Windows SideBar\sidebar.exe" /RegServer

If you look at the Installing Vista SideBar page in the manual, you can also see the right command.
