Copy and paste this to notepad, and then save it with the extension "reg". Then merge it to your R2 registry.

Let me know if that got your analog to work.

code delete

I have load the regfile and reboot my machine. I received the same error:
---------------------------
TuningAssistant
---------------------------
Failed to find Crossbar filter. Wrong device type?
---------------------------
OK

Good news I have reload the device drivers 'Hauppauge PVR-500' now the error message is goin. I can now select my TVcard and Country. The channel scan works, only it gives no screen. When I try to start PVRX2.exe (from GBPVR) then I received a error message:
---------------------------

---------------------------
Sorry, this system does not support the required VMR9 video render.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
VMR9 Video Render, is this maybe why I get no screen (picture) of the channels?
It's good to now that my system (w2k8 R2) has no audio device and a very simple video card on his onboard. My systemboard is 'Asus DSBV-DX' and my Video card is 'XGI Volari Z7' with 32MB of Video memory. I use my on Systemboard Video Card. I Hope this no problem. Is a Audio card necessary to watch Live TV with sound on my NMT in the livingroom?

Ok, try this "reg" file, and also what is the name of your tv card?

Video renderer has got nothing to do with audio (I think).
Did you install Desktop experince?
Did you install a codec pack?

Just for your info, Hauppauge WinTV app has some incompatiblity problems on server, even on server 2008, many people had problems. My advice is to install an alternative tv app. Best one is dvbviewer (paid) and the best free version of tv app is dvbdream.

EDIT: Am not too sure about that particular video card.

EDIT 2: Sorry i missed few of your posts from first page. Thanks for all the info you provided. I will try get the analog to work asap.

Video Renderer: Maybe is this one necessary for the screen View of the TVcard?

Audio: I have no sound card my question is, is this a problem for the Audio on my TV with a NMT. Must my pc then needs a Audio device?

Deskop Experince = installed

Codec pack = installed (K-Lite Codec Pack & Media Player Classic - Home Cinema x64)

I don't use any software of the WinTV from Hauppauge. Only I have install the drivers of the TVCard from Hauppauge. WinTV is not installed. I use GBPVR and the TuningAssistant.exe who belongs to GBPVR.
