Couldn't install catalyst for radeon 850x


I could not install catalyst radeon 850x.

My system is
core2duo 6600,
samsung 1G X 4,
ati 850x ,
asus p5b delux,
windows server 2008 x64.


When I tried to install catalyst, windows stop or hang at system diagnostic.
So, I should reboot mysystem.
I installed this vga drivers by clicking device manager- display-driver update.

Any comment would be appreciated.
