This is a great little tool (straight from Microsoft) that allows one to easily create a USB thumb drive from a Windows 7 OR Windows Server 2008 R2 (tested) ISO file.

It's only been mentioned once or twice in passing on this forum (the best I can tell) so I wanted to give back a little by sharing this. I greatly prefer to install via USB flash drives as they are MUCH faster and I dislike optical media in general (not to mention the unneeded waste it creates).

That's all I got, I couldn't post this under the Server 2008 (R2) sections so please move this where it is best saved.
