I found that the "Offline Files" control panel options were all grayed out. The "Offline Files" won't start, returning error, "Error 0x8007003: The system could not find the path specified" Has anyone else experienced this error and found a resolution? Thanks! Arris: Start the Sysinternals Process Monitor tool and click the Enable Offline Files button. Now stop the logging and watch which files can't be found. Hope this gives you a clue to the solution!

I followed the above instructions and can not start the Offline Siles service, get a 0×80070003: The system cannot find the path specified. Thougths?

Admin: Take a look in the Eventlog (start->run->eventvwr.msc) and look if you can get more info about the missing file.
